Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LemmeDeliver (“we”) handles personal data for Dakhav, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Villa owners and their team

• What we collect: your email address and name, the contact numbers and links you add to your page, the photos and text you provide, login times, and records of changes made in your account.
• Why: to create, host and let you edit your villa page, to contact you about your account and plan, and to keep the service secure.
• Public by design: anything you put on a live page (villa name, photos, prices, WhatsApp/phone number, Instagram, map link) is visible to anyone with the link.

Guests visiting a villa page

• Villa pages use no advertising or third-party analytics scripts and set no tracking cookies.
• To show owners simple counts (views, enquiry clicks), we record the type of action, the date, the website you came from (domain only) and a one-way code derived from your IP address and browser that changes daily. We do not store your IP address.
• When you tap WhatsApp or Call, you contact the owner directly; that conversation is not seen by us.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, login and file storage, hosted in India), Vercel (website hosting) and an email delivery provider to send login emails. They process data only to provide these services to us.

Retention

If a plan ends, your page becomes private and your data is kept so the page can be restored. We do not delete it automatically. You may ask us to delete your account and all its content at any time; we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example billing records).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to Dakhav support. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Access to each owner's data is restricted at the database level to that owner's own account and to authorised Dakhav staff. Private pages and their photos are not publicly accessible.
