Terms of Service

Dakhav is a service operated by LemmeDeliver (“we”, “us”). It builds and hosts websites for villas and similar properties on behalf of their owners (“you”). By using Dakhav you agree to these terms.

1. What Dakhav does

We create a web page for your property, host it at a Dakhav link, and give you an account to edit it. Guests contact you directly (for example on WhatsApp or by phone). Dakhav is not a booking agent, marketplace or payment intermediary, and is not a party to any booking between you and a guest.

2. Your account

• Accounts are created by Dakhav on your request. Keep access to your email secure; anyone with it can log in to your account.
• You may ask us to give access to other people (for example a property manager). You are responsible for what they do.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You confirm you own or have permission to use every photo, logo and text you give us or upload, and you grant us a licence to host, resize and display it for the purpose of running your page.
• Information on your page (prices, capacity, amenities, availability, rules) must be accurate and kept up to date by you.
• You are responsible for operating your property lawfully, including any local registrations, licences, taxes and safety requirements.
• You must not use Dakhav for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or offensive content, or to collect guests' payment details.

4. Plans and payment

The 7-day demo is free and available once per owner. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown on our website. When a trial or paid period ends without renewal, your pages become private (not publicly visible). Your content is kept so the same pages can be restored at the same links when you renew. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

5. Suspension

We may make a page private or suspend an account if these terms are breached, if we receive a credible legal complaint, or to protect guests or the service. Where reasonable we will tell you first.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Dakhav available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will give notice of price changes before your next billing period.

7. Liability

Dakhav is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost bookings, indirect or consequential losses, or disputes between you and guests. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time by not renewing. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
