Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Free demo: the 7-day demo costs nothing and needs no payment details.
- Monthly plans (Dakhav One, Five, Pro, Custom) are paid in advance for each month.
- Cancelling: simply don't renew. Your pages stay live until the end of the paid period, then become private. Your content is kept, so renewing later restores the same pages at the same links.
- Refunds: payments for a period that has started are not refundable, except where Dakhav was unable to provide the service for a substantial part of that period, or where the law requires a refund. Duplicate or mistaken payments are refunded in full.
- How: request a refund within 7 days of payment by writing to Dakhav support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
